We start with sound to help you settle in, then move into real conversations and practical tools you can actually use.

Each workshop focuses on something different, maybe it's finding your voice when you've been quiet too long, or learning to say no without feeling guilty. Whatever the theme, you'll leave with clarity and a plan for moving forward.​
