A letter from me to you

There was a time when I looked like I had it all together. But underneath it? I was exhausted. Disconnected. Numb.
Not broken, although at times I believed I was. What i realise now is that I was lost inside a life that no longer felt like mine. What i didn't realise then was that being lost was the most important lesson i could learn, because it helped me in my search to become found. You can never have one without the other.
I’d always been the one who gets things done. The one who pushes through.
But after years of holding it all together, something shifted.
A quiet voice started whispering, “This isn’t it. There’s more. You’re meant for more.”
That voice got louder. And eventually, I started to listen, even though I tried with everything in me to ignore it.
For the Wild Woman

I created the Wild Woman Series because I know what it feels like to lose yourself, and what it takes to come home again.
I tried for a long time to force it, make myself be ok with it all. In the end I realised that no attempt to force my healing was ever going to get me there.
But through small, honest steps, I got there and what I learned from it all is that the people you surround yourself with are the ones who help you heal, the kind of people that when you sit in a room with them, they just who just get you.
When you say to them, “I don’t know who I am anymore,” and nobody rushes in to fix it, they just sit with you, hold the space, and say, “Me too.”
That’s why I do this work. Because I needed it and so many of us do too.

The Wild Woman Series is not a programme. It’s not a plan. It’s a rhythm - a seasonal space to reconnect, remember, and begin again.
It’s for women who’ve spent a long time being everything for everyone else. Women who’ve held it together, kept pushing through, and are now realising that something needs to change, not because they’re broken, but because they’re ready to feel more like themselves again.
So whether you’re here for a moment or the whole journey, know that this space was created with women like you in mind. Messy, wise, brave, scared, burnt out, ready.
All of it is welcome here.
With love, Kate
