THE RESET SESSION

Breathwork and Sound Healing for calm, clarity and nervous system balance

 

The Reset Session is a guided experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and learn simple techniques you can use in everyday life to calm your nervous system. Allowing the breath to relax the body, stopping the feelings of stress and anxiety rearing their heads.

 

This session is about understanding how your breath works for you. You’ll be gently guided by Vicky, an experienced breathwork facilitator, learning practical breathing techniques that help settle the body, quiet the mind and create a sense of internal safety and control.

 

At key moments, sound is layered into the experience to support the breathwork, helping the body soften more deeply and allowing the nervous system to settle without force. The session closes with a sound bath, giving your body time to integrate, rest and reset.
