A 7 month guided programme exploring the body’s seven main chakras through Reiki & Sound healing, reflection and energetic practices. Each month focuses on one chakra, creating space for deeper awareness, balance and personal growth as you move through the full chakra system. Programme Dates Root Chakra – 26 April 2026 Sacral Chakra – 31 May 2026 Solar Plexus Chakra – 21 June 2026 Heart Chakra – 12 July 2026 Throat Chakra – 23 August 2026 Third Eye Chakra – 20 September 2026 Crown Chakra – 25 October 2026 Sessions take place monthly from April - October 2026, running 2:00pm - 5:30pm. Investment: £455 for the full programme Option to pay in full or secure your place with a £130 deposit followed by monthly instalments.
