A guided 7-month journey exploring each of the chakras through reiki healing, sound healing, meditation and reflective practices.

Each session focuses on a different energy centre, creating space for alignment, clarity and deep restoration.

Crown Chakra – 25 October 2026

Sessions take place monthly from April - October 2026, running 2:00pm - 5:30pm.

Investment: £455 for the full programme
